Refitting
The procedure below details how to refit cover, console.

WARNING
Please observe the following before doing any repair work on the manipulator:
Motors and gears are HOT after running the robot! Touching the motors and
gears may result in burns!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic, and pneumatic pressure supplies to
the robot!
Take any necessary measures to ensure that the manipulator does not
collapse as parts are removed, for example secure the lower arm with fixtures
if removing motor, axis 2.
Action
Clean Room robots: clean the joints that have been
opened. See

Manually, move the robot to a position that enables
access to the top of the console.
Make sure the gasket inside the cover, console has
not been damaged.
Secure the cover, console to the console with its at-
tachment screws.

have been opened. See

Note
After all repair work, wipe the robot free from particles
with spirit on a lint free cloth.
