Read out the P port pin status. (Default: external pin status)

PxIN[7:0] correspond directly to the Px[7:0] pins and read the pin voltage level regardless of input/out-
put mode. 1 is read when the pin voltage is High; 0 is read when the voltage is Low.
Writing operations to the read-only PxIN[7:0] are disabled.
