Meaning
This relay turns on if a CC-Link error is
OFF: Normal
detected in any of the CC-Link modules
ON: Error
mounted, and turns off when the
condition returns to normal.
This relay stores whether the RS-232 or
RS-422/485 adapter is mounted or not.

refreshed by the automatic CC-Link
OFF: Not activated

ON: Activated
• Then the automatic CC-Link start
function is not activated, or when the
refresh device range is insufficient, this
relay is turned off. (If the refresh device
range set for the automatic CC-Link
start function is insufficient, all of the
refresh is stopped.)
OFF: SFC program
• This relay is on if an SFC program is
absent
registered.
ON: SFC program
• This relay turns off if no SFC program
present
is registered.
• The same value as in SM320 is set as
the initial value. (This relay turns on
OFF: SFC program not
when an SFC program is registered.)
executed (stop)
• Turning off this relay stops SFC
ON: SFC program
program execution.
executed (start)
• Turning on this relay restarts SFC
program execution.
In the SFC tab of "PLC Parameter",
"Initial start" is set for "SFC program start
OFF: Initial start
mode".
