Lower Unit
Attach O ring w to pump case (lower) q and install pump

Apply OBM grease to O ring.
Put dowel pin e on the pump case (lower) q, and attach

plate t.
Attach water pump impeller key y to drive shaft 4, align

and install the impeller.
Attach water pump liner i to pump case (upper) o.

Apply OBM grease to inside of water pump
liner.
Align pump liner i protrusion a with pump
case (upper) o concave b.
Put pump case (upper) o and pump case seal p on the

drive shaft, and install them on the pump case (lower) q.
While installing pump case o, turn drive
shaft 4 clockwise to bend all impeller
blades in counterclockwise direction.
11. Attach water pipe seal a (RP).
Apply OBM grease thinly on the inside c of
water pipe seal so that water pipe can be
inserted smoothly.
