Install crank case to cylinder.
Before securing with bolts, fit crank case snugly
to the cylinder by tapping with a plastic hammer
to make the gap between surfaces surfaces
even.
4.
Tighten crank case securing bolts and nuts (M10)
in the order of the numbers shown.
Temporary Tightening :
Final Tightening :
Then, tighten bolts (M8)
numbers shown.
Temporary Tightening :
Final Tightening :
Make no forced assemblies, rotate crankshaft
with flywheel after torquing crankcase bolts to
ensure nothing binding.
Tighten crank case securing bolts and nuts in
two steps to their specified torque.
