11. Original Skew Adjustment

1. Set the original application switch in the thin position.
Open the DF main board plate (2 screws), and set the Dip SWs 101 and 102
2.
as follows:
(Free run mode for single sided originals.)

1 = ON, 0 = OFF, - = Don't mind
3. Insert an A3/11" x 17" original in the feed-in unit, and press SW101 on
the DF main board to feed the original.
4. Slowly open the DF transport unit, and check that the original is not
skewed.
5. If the rear side of the original is skewed ahead of the front side,
remove the DF front cover (2 screws), and turn the original skew
adjusting skew [A] counterclockwise. If the front side is more advance
turn the screw clockwise.
NOTE: This adjusts the pressure between the two relay rollers.
