top are loose.

Is the nip band width within specifications?

Adjust the nip band.
Check whether the problem can be resolved by
using a different ream or brand of paper.
o If paper was damp, turn on the humidity SW.
o If the direction of paper grain is not suitable,
recommend that the customer use a different brand of
paper.
Tighten the screws.
