12. Original Leading Edge Registration Adjustment
Adjustment Standard:
NOTE: Before this adjustment, check the copier's leading edge registration
adjustment and original skew.
1.
Set the original application switch in the thin position.
2.
Open the DF
as follows:

[Forward Adjustment]

Insert an A3/11" x 17" original in the feed-in unit, and press SW101 on
the DF main board to feed the original.
4.
Slowly open the DF transport unit, and check that the original
registration is

[Reverse Adjustment]
5. Insert an A3/11" x 17" original in the feed-in unit, and press SW101 on
the DF main board to feed the original. Press SW 102 to reverse the
original.
6. Slowly open the DF transport unit, and check that the original
registration is 1.0 to 2.0 mm.

NOTE: Turn VR106 clockwise to delay original stop timing.
7. Turn VR106 counterclockwise half a calibration notch.
Forward : 1.0 to 2.0 mm
