PTC Power Pack and PTL Stabilizer

The PTC power pack and the PTL stabilizer receive +24 volts (Vp) at CN325-4
and CN320-1 these are the power supply.
CN325-3 and CN320-2.
The CPU
drops CN202-A17 to 0 volts to actuate the PTC power
stabilizer. On and off timing is the same as the main motor.
