Is the paper damp?

Is the charge ventilation fan rotating properly?

Is the voltage between CN304-A18 and CN304-B18 (charge
ventilation fan) +24 volts during the copy cycle?

Replace the dc drive board.
Replace the charge ventilation fan
Replace the filter of the charge ventilation fan.
PTC and T/S corona wires.
readjust the transfer and separation corona
paper with fresh paper and turn on the tray
