Problem
"PAPER FEED 21" is displayed and the service call
cannot be reset.
The tray motor does not turn off after moving up.
Please Wait is displayed and the tray button flashes.
After about 3 seconds, "PAPER FEED 23" is
displayed.
The tray motor does not turn off after moving to
the up position. The tray button stays red.
The tray motor does not turn off after moving down.
Please Wait is displayed and the tray button flashes.
After about 3 seconds, "PAPER FEED 23" is
displayed.
During copy cycle, paper jams at registration rollers
(registration sensor). "Misfeed" is displayed and Misfeed
Misfeed indicator (1) is lit.
During copy cycle, paper jams at registration rollers

indicator (1) is lit at power on.

This occurs at power on.
Same as open condition.
When an attempt is made to make a duplex copy,
"Misfeed" is displayed and Misfeed indicator (5) turns
on. After that duplex can not be selected and the
Please Wait indicator is lit.
When a duplex function is selected, "There are copies
in the duplex tray" is displayed. If the Start key is
pressed, "Misfeed" is displayed and Misfeed indicator (5)
is lit.
