The circuit operation for the PCC begins when +24 volts (VA) is input to the
charge/ PCC power pack at CN232-6. This voltage powers the LEDs. Addi-
tionally, +24 volts (VP) is input at CN232-7, which enters the power pack
when the main switch is turned on.
