3-3 20 Minute Fusing Timer (FIDL)

This SP mode enables the user to temporarily use the
machine until a faulty sensor is replaced.
The pick-off sensor stays on to avoid possible damage to
the selenium drum.
Sets the image density (ID) level when ID control is
switched from automatic to manual or when the machine
is initialized.
The ID level is always set at the 4th level
SET:
(Center).
RESET: The ID level is reset to the previously selec-
ted level.
For this function to operate at machine initialization.
I.D. Control Mode (BIMO) must be SET.
Displays the output voltages of the image density (ID)
sensor.
VSG: Sensor Pattern White Level
VSP: Sensor Pattern Black Level
This function selects whether VSG or VSP is displayed
when SP 29 is selected.
VSG is displayed only when 2-3 is SET, and when VSP
is RESET. VSP is automatically selected when the SP
modes 2-3 and 2-4 are both in RESET condition or
both in the SET condition.
Makes the machine perform an idling of 20 minutes after
every warm-up.
The machine performs no idling in the regular mode.
