Check for condensation on any of the parts of the optics or the
drum. Clean the optics and drum.
Note: If the machine was cold before starting, this image may
appear.

Does the main board output the correct signal to the
power pack (CN208-B8 drops from +24 volts to ground)?

Does the charge power pack receive power (24V) from
the power supply unit?
Y
Replace the charge power pack.
wire (or unit) incorrectly installed?

If the leak signal (CN201-A6) drops from 15 volts
to ground, clean the charge corona and remove any
foreign substances that might cause a leak.

Replace the power supply unit.
