Neither "Set" nor "Reset" effects machine operation.

The width of the side erase is shifted outwards by
one segment and trailing edge erase is delayed.
Leading edge erase remains unchanged.
This mode is used together with SP mode 6-4 to clear
the RAM.
Programs the 115V/60Hz machine to use 10" x 14" size
paper as a standard paper size, rather than 8½" x 14".
