Set Country Options
Some country options need to be set to turn off the red alarm LEDs.

Enter change system-parameters country options and press Enter. A screen similar to

displays on the terminal. The cursor is set on the

The default (United States) companding mode is mu-Law. If the country uses A-Law
companding, type A-Law. Press Enter when finished.
NOTE:
Other items eventually need to be entered on this screen, but this is all that is needed to
turn the red alarm LEDs off.

Set the country codes as needed in the following fields. Refer to
69 for the country codes. The United States country code (1) is shown in the example above.
