cause
An error was detected in the external
encoder phase A connection.
An error was detected in the external
encoder phase B connection.
An error was detected in the external
encoder phase Z connection.
An emergency stop input signal
(STOP) was input.
The combination of the Servomotor
and Servo Drive is not appropriate.
 The control circuit malfunctioned due
to excess noise or some other
problem.
 An alarm clear operation was
performed when safety input 1 or
safety input 2 was not in the normal
status (i.e., when the input
photocoupler was not ON).
