For CP PM version 2 cards (NTDW99CAE6), pressing F enters the boot menu.
Select Faceplate RMD, and press Enter to boot from the Linux Base installation
faceplate CF card.

8. The welcome screen appears. Press ENTER to direct the input and output to COM1.

card has a BIOS version less than 18. Press Y to proceed with the automatic upgrade.
Caution:
Do not interrupt the BIOS upgrade process. Damage to equipment may occur.
