DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING GEAR ASSEMBLY
Disassembling Assembling
1. Slide Special Tool 9301 on LO the ourput shaft
and position rhe entire gear assembly upright
carefully.

1. Lubricate and install axial bearing and split
needle bearing.

2. Inrrall sun gear and rhrw washer.
Coared side oi thrust washer faces sun gear.
3. Heat ball bearing to about 120' C and press on
with a suitable piece of pipe.
4. lnsrall hollow shaft in one-way clutch that shaft

2. Remove snap ring and rake off clutch K 1 and turns in direcrion of arrow
shims.
