I. hlilve selector lever to "P".
2. Llnrrrew nil rill+3 tube lronl oil pan and let
ATF
drain.

2. llnscrcw oil filler tube coupling and turn out
filler
tube.

L'nscrew oil pan mounting bolts and remove
oil pan with gasket.
Note:
Ii ATF smells burnt and there is metal
abrasion
in oil pan. sludge or an unusual large amount of
burrs. it is not sufficient to only replare shift
valve housing. The entire transmission and torque
converter will have to
be
replaced. Further oil
lines and oil cooler will have to bc
flushed
clean
thoroughly.
5. Remove oil filter
1 Mounting bolts
2 - spacer
3 Oil filter
