Service Numbers
Using Service Numbers
Calls can be made to Repair inquiries and General inquiries.
Items may appear differently or may not appear depending on the FOMA
card to be used.
Calls can be made to Repair inquiries.

In the Custom menu, select [Settings]/[Other NW
Services]/[Service Numbers].

Select an item/t/[Yes].
When the 2in1 mode is set to [Dual mode], select [Number A]/[Number
B] in the selection screen before calling.
Arrival Call Act
Selecting actions for an incoming call
during a call
Select actions for calls received during a call or 64K data
communication if "Voice Mail Service", "Call Forwarding
Service", or "Call Waiting" is subscribed.
If "Voice Mail Service", "Call Forwarding Service", or "Call Waiting" is not
subscribed, calls cannot be answered during a call.
Set arrival actions to "Activate" to use Arrival call action. If Call Waiting is
set to "Activate", arrival actions are not required to be set to "Activate".

Available actions
Voice Mail
Calls received while engaged in a call are automatically
connected to the Voice Mail Service center. Messages
are stored regardless of Voice Mail Service settings.
Call Forwarding
Calls received while engaged in a call are automatically
connected to the Call Forwarding Service center. Voice
calls are automatically forwarded to the set number
regardless of Call Forwarding Service settings.
Call Rejection
Calls received while engaged in a call are automatically
rejected.
Answer
If voice calls are received during a voice call (when Call
Waiting is set to "Activate"), an action follows Call
Waiting settings. If calls are received during a voice call
(when Call Waiting is set to "Deactivate"), Videophone
call or 64K data communication, one of the following
applies.
Disconnect the current call or 64K data
communication and answer an incoming call.
Manually connect incoming calls to Voice Mail
Service, Call Forwarding Service, or reject.
Voice Mail Service and Call Forwarding Service
settings are used if set to " Activate".
To use Call Waiting, set Arrival call action to [Answer].
