When sending all schedules, operate from Calendar or Show all
schedules.
When sending all data in the Data box, operate from the folder list screen.

In the Custom menu, select [LifeKit]/[Receive Ir
data].

Select the receiving method.

Select [Receive]/[Yes].

Select [Receive all]/[Yes]/enter the terminal security
t/enter the same authentication password entered on the
sender's FOMA terminal/t.
: Ready the sender's FOMA terminal to send all data.
: The FOMA terminal waits to receive data. Ir communication
automatically begins when data is sent from sender's FOMA terminal
within 30 seconds.
Example: When receiving one phonebook

Select [Yes].
: To cancel Receive: While receiving data, press C.
When receiving a single schedule or bookmark which is identical to
existing data, a message appears to confirm whether to overwrite.
Select [Yes] to overwrite the existing data.
Note that when all data items are received, all saved data will be
overwritten. However, for an image, i-motion, Melody, PDF, or
Decome-Anime Template in the Data box, original data is not deleted
but saved additionally.

Using Ir communication with i-appli

Use the Ir communication function from running i-appli.
Activating i-appli from Ir communication is also possible.

During Ir communication, if a signal to activate i-appli is received from
devices supporting Ir communication, software can be activated.

terminal.
When i-appli To is set to [No], i-appli is not activated from Ir

Infrared remote control

Using infrared remote control function

Use the FOMA terminal's Infrared port from i-appli software to
operate equipment supporting the infrared remote control such
as TVs and VCRs.
To use the infrared remote control function, download compatible i-appli
software.
Remote control operation
Start i-appli software that supports Ir remote control functions, point the
FOMA terminal's Ir port to the front of the remote control sensor on the TV,
VCR or other device to operate, and perform remote control operations.
