To monitor the details of a specific channel:
Click the numbered icon of the specific channel whose detailed status you need to view;

To add a port description:
Open the 'Channel Status' screen by clicking the Home icon.

Click the desired trunk icon, and then from the shortcut menu, choose Update Port Info;

Type a brief description for this trunk, and then click Apply Port Info.

Activating the Internal Syslog Viewer

The Message Log screen displays Syslog debug messages sent by the gateway.
It is not recommended to keep a 'Message Log' session open for a prolonged
period (see the Note below). For prolong debugging use an external Syslog server,
see Syslog Support.
