Counter
Description
Number of
This counter indicates the number of attempted calls.
Attempted Calls
It is composed of established and failed calls. The number of established calls is
represented by the 'Number of Established Calls' counter. The number of failed calls is
represented by the five failed-call counters. Only one of the established / failed call
counters is incremented every time.
Number of
This counter indicates the number of established calls. It is incremented as a result of one

of the following release reasons, if the duration of the call is bigger then zero:

Number of
This counter indicates the number of calls that failed as a result of a busy line. It is

Number of
This counter indicates the number of calls that weren't answered. It is incremented as a
Failed Calls due
result of one of the following release reasons:
to No Answer
GWAPP_NO_USER_RESPONDING (18)
GWAPP_NO_ANSWER_FROM_USER_ALERTED (19)
And (when the call duration is zero) as a result of the following:
GWAPP_NORMAL_CALL_CLEAR (16)
Number of
This counter indicates the number of calls whose destinations weren't found. It is
Failed Calls due
incremented as a result of one of the following release reasons:
to No Route
GWAPP_UNASSIGNED_NUMBER (1)
GWAPP_NO_ROUTE_TO_DESTINATION (3)
Number of
This counter indicates the number of calls that failed due to mismatched gateway
Failed Calls due
capabilities. It is incremented as a result of an internal identification of capability mismatch.
to No Matched
This mismatch is reflected to CDR using the value of the parameter
Capabilities
'DefaultReleaseReason' (default is GWAPP_NO_ROUTE_TO_DESTINATION (3)), or by
the GWAPP_SERVICE_NOT_IMPLEMENTED_UNSPECIFIED(79) reason.
Number of
This counter is incremented as a result of calls that fail due to reasons not covered by the
Failed Calls due
other counters.
to Other
Failures
Percentage of
The percentage of established calls from attempted calls.
Successful Calls
Average Call
The average call duration of established calls.

When the duration of the call is zero, the release reason
GWAPP_NORMAL_CALL_CLEAR increments the 'Number of Failed Calls
due to No Answer' counter. The rest of the release reasons increment the
'Number of Failed Calls due to Other Failures' counter.
