Use the templates
Introduction
When you regularly carry out copy jobs that have identical output settings, you can create
and use templates. The machine can store up to 5templates. Templates contain the pre-
defined output settings for your recurring jobs. Therefore, the templates enable you to
copy your repetitive jobs in a productive way.
This section describes the following actions concerning the templates.
Create a template
Use a template
Delete a template
Rename a template
Make a template your default template.
Before you begin
On the operator panel, select the 'Copy/Scan' view.
