enable snmp traps gratuitous-arp-protection
Description
Enables SNMP gratuitous ARP traps for all ports to be sent by the switch.
Syntax Description
This command has no arguments or variables.
Default
Disabled.
Usage Guidelines
This command should be used in conjunction with the enable ip-security gratuitous-arp-protection
command. This command enables the switch to send the traps when it identifies a malicious gratuitous
ARP packet.
Example
The following command allows SNMP gratuitous ARP traps to be sent from the switch.
enable snmp traps gratuitous-arp-protection

This command was first available in ExtremeWare 7.7.
