Before enabling the active/standby mode for service ports on SRPUs, you need to perform
cross-card port redundancy configurations, such as cross-card port aggregation, cross-card STP,
cross-card dynamic routing.
This feature is applicable to SRPUs LSQ1SRP2XB and LSQ1SRP12GB only.
