When using the mac-address command to add a MAC address entry, the interface specified by the
interface keyword must belong to the VLAN specified by the vlan keyword, and the VLAN must already
exist. Otherwise, you will fail to add this MAC address entry.
Follow these steps to add, modify, or remove entries in the MAC address table on an interface:

When using the mac-address command to add a MAC address entry, the current interface must
belong to the VLAN specified by the vlan keyword, and the VLAN must already exist. Otherwise,
you will fail to add this MAC address entry.
When using the mac-address command to add a static MAC address for a VLAN, if this VLAN
configured the Isolate-user-vlan function, you must add this static MAC address for the
Isolate-user-vlan and the Secondary VLAN.
Disabling MAC Address Learning
You may need to disable MAC address learning sometimes to prevent the MAC address table from
being saturated, for example, when your device is being attacked by a large amount of packets with
different source MAC addresses.
Disabling global MAC address learning
Disabling global MAC address learning disables the learning function on all ports.
