Problem

APN is set to SIM default,
but the SIM requires a
user defined APN
Wrong watchdog IP
addresses.
Network issues.
Software error.
The SIM card is not

Troubleshooting
Remedy
Enter correct APN or select SIM
default (if allowed by SIM card).

connection package on page 4-6.
Enter the user defined APN in
the web interface. See link
above.
Enter correct watchdog IP
addresses, or
disable watchdog to skip ping
verification.
See Connection watchdog (Link
monitoring) on page 4-34.
Try again later.
To skip ping verification, disable
watchdog.
Restart the terminal.
If the problem persists, you can
restore to factory defaults as
described in Reset button on
page 5-4.
Note: This will reset the
configuration of your terminal to
factory default!
Remove power and Insert the
SIM card in the SIM slot
according to the instructions in
the installation guide.
Remove power and then remove
the SIM card and re-insert it
according to the instructions in
the installation guide.
