Current PCI Bus Request Status (Default: 0x00)
This register indicates the status of the current PCI Bus Request Input
Signal (PCI Controller and REQ*[3:0]). CPCIBRS[7] corresponds to the
PCI Controller and CPCIBRS[3:0] correspond to REQ*[3:0].
