Cause
The resolution set in the
Electronic gear (6091h-01h,
02h) was out of the
specification.
The control power supply was
turned on in a state where the
resolution set in the Electronic
gear (6091h-01h, 02h) and the
value set in the Wrap (RND)
setting (41C7h) were
inconsistent.
• A communication error of
EtherCAT was detected during
