15.3.19 Oscillator Register (OSC_REG)

The OSC_REG is used to program the oscillator resistance value and the SW_RESET bit can be used
to reset the RTC. This is the only way to reset the RTC.

NOTE: SW_RESET bit is set to 1 to reset the RTC module. This bit is self-clearing, and is
always read as 0. CPU must care of interrupt handling before RTC is reset. After setting
the SW_RESET bit, you must not access any of the RTC registers for 3 32kHz clock
cycles (roughly 2200 OCP cycles).
15.3.20 Scratch Registers (SCRATCHx_REG)
The SCRATCH_REG is used to hold some required values for the RTC register.
