EOM (End of Message)

Purpose:
Attaches an EOM to the end of a data block to indicate the end of data
transmission to and from a reader. You can disable the EOM transmit and
receive characters, define EOM transmit and receive to the same characters, or
define EOM transmit and receive to different characters.
Note: You must select the communications port and protocol before you set the
parameters to define that protocol. For help, see "Communications Protocol,
Configure" earlier in this chapter.
Default:
EOM Transmit and Receive are set to CR (0DH) and LF (0AH) (carriage return
line feed)
Syntax:

where data can be one or two ASCII characters.
Scan:
To disable EOM, scan one of these bar codes:
