You can set a name for the machine, and enter information
regarding its location.
1.
Press (Additional Functions).
2.
Press [System Settings] → [Device Info Settings].
If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter
the System Manager ID and System Password using
keys), then press (Log In/Out).
The Device Information Settings screen appears.

Press [Device Name].

Enter the name of the machine (up to 32
characters), then press [OK]

Press [Location].

Enter the place where the machine is located (up
to 32 characters), then press [OK].
