Problem Solving the Diagnostics Tests

General problems particular to batch and interactive Diagnostics modes may occur when trying
to run Diagnostics.
Test Won't Run.
If a test will not run, reinstall Diagnostics.
No Results File was Created.
If the tests run, but no results file is created, check the user rights to access the directory where
the file is to be placed. Make sure you have rights to that directory.
