The Adapter agent extension has detected a change in the status of the Adapter.

If the status is now OK, the ports are both
OK.
The status of either the X or Y port has
changed. If the status is degraded or failed
possible causes could be a cable is not
properly connected, a broken cable, a bad
Adapter, a bad remote port.
