The Switch detected that a ports link-alive status changed. The link may have been
functional and it is now nonfunctional, or the link may have been nonfunctional and it is
now functional.

functional and sometime nonfunctional

Switch snetSwitchSnetID, (snetSwitchName) has detected a change in status
of port snetSwitchPortErrorStatusIndex. The Switch port status is
snetSwitchPortStatus.
snetSwitchLinkAliveTrapEnable = 1
snetSwitchLinkAliveTrapEnable = 0
Identifies the switch that detected the link status change
The switch name. If no name is defined, this field will be blank.
Indicates the port that detected the link status change
