The Adapter agent extension has detected a change in the status of the Adapter's Y-port.

The status of the Y port has changed. If the
status is degraded or failed possible causes
could be a cable is not properly connected, a
broken cable, a bad Adapter, a bad remote port.

Adapter Agent Extension Caching

The Adapter agent extension restricts the frequency of its calls to the ServerNet II Adapter to
prevent degradation of ServerNet II performance. The Adapter agent extension will only
retrieve data from the ServerNet II Adapter when it is requested. It will not poll continuously
for data.
