Steps to take

Check that packets are being transmitted
between nodes (uses TCP/IP)

Ping each node from every other node

Possible Solution
Insure the IP address and subnet mask you
assigned to each node does not fall within any other
existing subnet on your network, The address
should be one of the non-routable addresses of
192.168.x.x.
Use the default subnet mask 255.0.0.0 or a class C
subnet mask 255.255.255.0. Use the same subnet
mask for all ServerNet II nodes.
Insure the IP address and subnet mask you
assigned to each node are correct.
Run Diagnostics on the nodes.
Start at the beginning of the step-by-step tables.
