Suggestion
Check whether the IP address corresponding to
the domain name of the email server is
configured.
1. Check whether the IP address of the DNS
server is correct.
2. Check whether the domain name of the
email server is correctly configured.
1. Try again later. This issue occurs when the
domain name is just configured and the
domain name resolution is not complete.
2. Check whether the IP address of the DNS
server is correct.
3. Check whether the domain name of the
email server is correctly configured.
Check whether the local network cable is
properly connected and whether the network
adapter is activated. Ensure that the local
network connection is normal.
Check the firewall and router configurations
between the ECC and the email server to
ensure that the ECC communicates with the

server is enabled.
