SECTION 6 – ADVANCED SETUP
SH BST Fire Rate Up: Controls the frequency of updates made to the BST Fire
Rate sent to all boilers focused on space heating. This feature can be used to slow
down the rate of change of the Fire Rate of the BST System. (Range: 1 to 120 sec.)
SH High-Fire Fire Rate: This parameter specifies the firing rate above which the
swing boiler will be requested to support the SH loop application (Range: 75 to 100)
SH Low-Fire Fire Rate: This parameter specifies the firing rate below which the
swing boiler will be released to its default state. (Range: 30 to 60)
DHW High-Fire Fire Rate: This parameter specifies the firing rate above which the
swing boiler will be requested to support the DHW loop application (Range: 40 to 90)
High Fire Threshold Timer: This parameter specifies the amount of time between
when the SH High-Fire Fire Rate or DHW High-Fire Fire Rate condition is met
and the time the swing unit switches over to the secondary application.
(Range: 1 to 30 mins.)
DHW Pump Off Time: The minimum time the DHW pump must stay off before
restarting after being turned off. (Range: 0 to 600 sec.)
DHW BST Fire Rate Up: Controls the frequency of updates made to the BST Fire
Rate sent to all boilers focused on domestic hot water generation in a combination
plant. Like SH BST Fire Rate Up, this feature can be used to slow down the rate of
change of the Fire Rate of the BST System. (Range: 1 to 120 sec.)

Anti-Cycling Control

The parameters in the Anti-Cycling Control screen are used to prevent unwanted cycling.
NOTE:
This screen is available only after BST Cascade functionality has been enabled (see the
Unit Mode parameter in
a BST Manager, the parameters apply to this unit and all BST Client units. If the unit is
configured as a BST Client, the parameters configured on the BST Manager will take
