Equipment Regulatory Guidelines

The following regulatory guidelines are provided to aid in the use and service of the QSHT
components in a transport system.
ICT Customer Support issues Technical Advisories to notify the owners of record of
any field retrofits.
Contact ICT Customer Support for information regarding repair and maintenance ser-
vice policies, both during the production of the QSHT components and after produc-
tion is discontinued.
Any user-caused damage during integration of the QuickStick HT components into
their equipment is the responsibility of the user.
Responsibility for work that MagneMotion authorized technicians performs or for
equipment that the owner of record transports or resells, is determined on a
case-by-case basis by ICT Customer Support.
Any parts being returned to MagneMotion must be packaged according to the instruc-
tions provided in the
MagneMotion provides training for the QuickStick HT components as integrated into
a transport system. Any personnel that are performing service procedures on the
QSHT components must be properly qualified and trained. Damage that results from
improperly performing a procedure or not following cautions is not covered under
warranty or service agreements.
