Simple daily inspections are all that are needed to maintain the Servomotor because it is brush-
less. The inspection and maintenance frequencies given in the following table are only guide-
lines, and may be increased or decreased to suit driving conditions and environment.
Table 12.1 Maintenance and Inspection Procedure

Touch and listen for irregularities.
Clean with a cloth or compressed air.
Disconnect the SERVOPACK and test in-
sulation resistance at 500 V. Must exceed
10 MU.
Remove the Servomotor, replace consum-
able parts and perform any necessary repairs.
Remove the Servomotor and replace the oil
seal.
The following parts are subject to mechanical wear or deterioration over time. To avoid failure,
replace these parts periodically as indicated below.
