In the <Network Interface> group, press [Subnet
Mask], and set the subnet mask.
Enter the subnet mask using the keyboard window,
then press [Enter].
If multiple networks are selected, the same subnet
mask is set for each network.

In the <Network Interface> group, press [Gateway],
and set the default gateway IP address.
Enter the IP address using the keyboard window, then
press [Enter].
If multiple networks are selected, the same IP address
is set for each network.

Repeat steps 3 to 7 as required.

Enable or disable LSM.
To enable, press [Enable] in the <LSM> group,
turning it on.
To disable, press [Enable] in the <LSM> group,
turning it off, and skip to step 12.
Note
LSM is enabled on the main network. It is not possible
to change the setting.

In the <LSM> group, press [IP Address], and set the
LSM IP address.
Enter the IP address using the keyboard window, then
press [Enter].
If multiple networks are selected, the same IP address
is set for each network.

In the <LSM> group, press [Port], and set the LSM
port number.
Enter the port number using the numeric keypad
window, then press [Enter].
If multiple networks are selected, the same port
number is set for each network.

Repeat steps 9 to 11 as required.
To clear network settings
Press [Clear], check the message, then press [Yes].

Press [Execute].

Check the message, then press [Yes].
Setting the protocol
Select NMI (Networked Media Interface) or ST2110
(SMPTE ST 2110 compliant) for the network interface
protocol.
Notes
• The XKS-T8110 and XKS-T8165 do not support the
ST2110 protocol.
• The protocol setting is common to all slots in which a
network connector board is installed. If different
protocols are displayed among the slots, reconfigure the
protocol setting.

In the Engineering Setup >System >Network Config
menu (7311), press [Net I/F Protocol].
The Net I/F Protocol menu (7311.3) appears.

In the <Device> group, select the target switcher to set.

In the status area, select a slot.
Select a slot in which a network connector board is
installed.

In the <Net I/F Protocol> group, select one of the
following.
NMI: Set to NMI.
ST2110: Set to SMPTE ST 2110 compliant.
The selected protocol is displayed for all slots in which
a network connector board is installed.

Press [Execute].

Check the message, then press [Yes].
