reset sampler statistics

Use reset sampler statistics to clear the running information of a sampler, including the counter, total
number of packets processed and selected.
Syntax
reset sampler statistics [ sampler-name ]

Parameters
sampler-name: Specifies the sampler name, a case-insensitive string of 1 to 32 characters.
Usage guidelines
With no sampler-name specified, this command clears the running information of all samplers.
This command is effective for all cards on the following routers:
SR6604-X, SR6608-X, and SR6616-X routers.
SR6604, SR6608, and SR6616 routers that have RPE-X1 MPUs or RSE-X1 MPUs installed.
Examples
# Clear the running information of the specified sampler.
<Sysname> reset sampler statistics abc

sampler

Use sampler to create a sampler. A total of 32 samplers can be created.
Use undo sampler to delete a sampler.
Description
Name of the sampler.
Index number identifying a sampler.
Sampling mode, including fixed mode and random mode.
Sampling rate.
Counts the number of packets that have been received for one sampling.
In fixed mode, it is the first packet that is selected in each sampling. The
value for this field is always 1.
In random mode, it is the nth packet to be selected out of the sequential
packets in one sampling, where the nth varies per sampling.
Total number of packets processed and selected by the sampler.
