[Other than 1.8L engine RH model]
1) Disconnect reservoir lead wire at coupler.
2) Clean around reservoir cap and take out fluid with syringe or
such.
3) Disconnect brake pipes from master cylinder.
CAUTION:
Brake fluid is extremely damaging to paint.
Do not allow brake fluid to get on painted surfaces.
4) Remove master cylinder attaching nuts.
5) Remove master cylinder.
INSTALLATION
NOTE:
D See NOTE at the beginning of this section.
D Use new O-rings.
D Check clearance between booster piston rod and primary
piston referring to "INSPECT/ADJUST CLEARANCE BE-
TWEEN BOOSTER PISTON ROD AND MASTER CYLINDER
PISTON" under "BRAKE BOOSTER INSPECTION AND AD-
JUSTMENT" in this section.
[1.8L engine RH model]
1) When installing new O-rings, lubricate them with the same fluid
as the one to fill reservoir with. Then install O-rings to reservoir.
O-rings must be seated in place.

2. O-ring
2) Install reservoir with O-rings to master cylinder and fix it with re-
tainer.
3) Install master cylinder. Refer to "INSTALLATION" under "RE-
MOVE AND INSTALL MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY" in this
section.
