7) Install flanges, discs and plate of coast clutch in the following
order.
(1) Flange " (2) Disc " (3) Plate " (4) Disc " (5) Flange
NOTE:
Be sure to confirm that flat section of flange (5) selected
in Step 6) faces toward piston side and also that flange (1)
faces toward upper side.
8) Install snap ring.
NOTE:
Check to make sure that opening end of ring is not aligned
with groove section of drum.
1. Snap ring
9) Select and measure correct thickness of overdrive clutch
flange (flange (5) (for G16 engine model), (7) (for J18 engine
model) in Step 10)).

10) Install flanges, discs and plate of overdrive clutch in the follow-
ing order.
<G16 engine model>
(1) Flange " (2) Disc " (3) Plate " (4) Disc " (5) Flange
<J18 engine model>
(1) Flange " (2) Disc " (3) Plate " (4) Disc " (5) Plate
" (6) Disc " (7) Flange
NOTE:

engine model) or (7) (for J18 engine model) selected in
Step 9) faces toward piston side and also that flange (1)
faces toward upper side.
11) Install snap ring.
NOTE:
Check to make sure that opening end of ring is not aligned
with groove section of drum.
