Cause
Pulse oximetry sensor not attached

Remedy
Attach pulse oximetry sensor to
the patient correctly (see 4.5, p.
60).
Attach pulse oximetry sensor to

If medically indicated, perform
suitable treatment.
Connect SpO connector of the

pulse oximetry sensor connecting
cable to the device correctly.
