9.4.4 Change The Maximum Number Of CTCP Connections

CTCP will locally keep the structure storage connecting information for each specified transmitting
address. If the specified connecting number is not enough, these structures can not provide
correspondence for simultaneously running multi-TCP conversations and affect the quality of
compression.
