7.3.8 Confiugre IP multicast boundary
Use ip multicast boundary to configure port multicast boundary. Use ip(undo) multicast boundary
to cancel the boundary. The second configuring of this command will overlay the first configuring.

in a range source/group. Use no ip multicast rate-limit to disable flow control.
